Knight Frank opens third German office

London, UK - Knight Frank the leading independent global property consultancy, has expanded its German operations in Berlin with the addition of the already well-established Hettrich Sauer & Cie, to open its third office in Germany, illustrating its on-going commitment to growing its presence in the country.
 
With this office opening, Knight Frank now has three operating offices in Germany; Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich, and has identified Hamburg as its next strategic target.
 
Hettrich Sauer & Cie, based in Berlin, acts nationwide on behalf of national and international clients, advising institutional real estate investors, family offices, banks, insurers, pension funds and private individuals
 
The business will be headed by Sascha Hettrich and Ole Sauer and will cover the core Commercial service lines of Investment, Valuation and Global Corporate Services and Tenant Representation.
